Audi Centre Bruma remains one of the best dealerships I use. Geographically, I can use Menlyn or Centurion, and in the past Rivonia and West Rand were also closer to me (and also dealerships that I have used). I continue to use Bruma because of their attitude, attention to resolving the problem(s), and making sure the expectation(s) you have from Audi as a brand is delivered. Frankly speaking, I would suggest you consider sending some of your other dealers to Bruma for training so that they can see how it should be done (and is done).
